Booking and down payment

When your reservation is administrated, you will receive the rental agreement with the request to pay 30% of the total amount. When making the reservation you will be informed about the total amount and the date at which it is to be remitted. If a client fails to make this initial payment HZ-Internataional is entitled to cancel the reservation. Your booking is confirmed after receipt of the 30%. After full payment has been received (45 days in advance or earlier) travel documents will be issued and sent 2 weeks prior to departure.
