Cross-country skiing

 

 

Crowned by the Grande Motte and the Grande Casse, the Champagny le Haut plateau is the setting of one of the most magnificent cross-country skiing areas in Savoy. The cross-country skiing trails stretch over the plateau to the bottom of the valley, skirting the forest and running alongside the Doron river and in and out the hamlets there.
There are thirty kilometers of maintained trails, suitable for both to the skating technique and diagonal stride.

Ski la Plagne: Champagny is one of the 10 resorts of la Plagne, on the Southern side of the skiing domain, including 225 km of slopes. The cable-car, just over the Center, carries you up to 2000m in 7 minutes. For snow boarders: 2 snowboard Parks, including a half-pipe in the ski area for big thrills.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ski Paradiski (la Plagne, les Arcs and Peisey-Vallandry): a ski area which offers you 232 slopes (420 km served by 144 lifts), 3 glaciers, 2 peaks of more than 3000m in altitude.
Between steep and gentles slopes under, between an altitude of 1250m and 3250m, taste a various slopes open to everyone.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Snow Park: Facing south on the Champagny skiing area, the snow park is accessible from the top of the Rossa ski lift at 2200m high. Free stylers (on ski or snowboard) will enjoy  : 4 to 8m long "tables" (for jumps), a 12m long "spine", some "rails", a "transfer" and a 200m long boarder cross (a skill trail with banked corners, moguls "woops", "tables"...)
