Ski News:

Artificial snow: 95 hectares 227 snow canons. We have never been short of snow in la Plagne, and thanks to its position and altitude but on the lower slopes there is now full artificial snow coverage. The village resorts have fitted snow canon so that you can always ski all the way back to the resort. The high-altitude resorts have also fitted mobile systems.

The Plagne area stretches over 10,000 hectares and you can spend your holiday at a height of between 1250m and 2100m, eat lunch at up to 2700m and carry on up to 3250m.La Plagne is a terrific playground :

Piste bashers have 133 pistes at their disposal, "notice to those of you who eat up the miles" there are 225 km!

Fans of the untouched slope can get to the largest free ride area. Heleski outings are possible from a number of points along the border.

Freestyles skiers, slope style and big air on the 7 cube, 360 true tail cork and everything you'd want to happen in the Plagne Bellecôte half pipe.

Beginners' runs and toboggan areas for children and special beginner zones for your first excursion onto the snow.

Nordic skiers, from gentle outings to training sessions 80 km of marked trails await you.

Walkers, marked trails, cultural activities and investigating our heritage are all on the agenda.
